BLC's Community Blog - the Gatherings, Life Groups, discipleship, social issues, prayers, worship experiences, insights into the Scripture... no random statements of who we had lunch with and what our dogs ate for breakfast. The place where strangers get to know us as a community, who we are, what we're like, how we function, and to experience what it'll be like to be a part of us.

Mblogs gone?

Was sad that I missed last week's service, especially after reading DB's account of last Sunday. What fetching ladies we have!

Anyway, I heard that Mblog is gone? Does that mean all the entries are gone as well? If so, how sad! Will our mbloggers continue blogging?

Hope you guys continue - just some encouragement on my side. ;)

Have a great week everyone. Hope to see you this Sunday.

PS: Looks like I owe the library money again. :P

I'm too hurt and betrayed to trust any other blogsite again. It's painful. It'll take a while for me to get back on my feet. *sniff* ;o)

Don't worry James, I understand how you feel, being a victim of the mBlog disaster myself ;)

Looks like they didn't warn you guys that they shut down, did they? :(

Blogger, I think, should be more secure since it's driven by Google.

Oh well, strike that - nothing is save. The only safe philosophy is to save thy entries! :P I do that ocassionally and burn them on a cd. I'm anal that way.

Anyway, since most of you now have a blogger account, maybe blogger is an option? Or else, we could always get a BLC domain and spawn weblogs off it? ;P Just a suggestion!

Yes, I agree! Let's get our own domain! And Movable Type... and we can D.I.Y! And yeah... they didn't warn us... how unethical! They should have given us at least 14 days to reply, and only start charging after that. *!@&#^
